The Square is an office building located on Truong Sa Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Designed on a 999 m2 land area, 16 floors high 3 basements, total floor area of 10,000 m2. With a main view of Nhieu Loc Canal, the design idea of cutting open the building block towards the best viewing angle creates a unique point and open space for common activities of building users.
THE ELIP GARDEN is a commercial building for F&B brands. The project is located on a 1900m2 plot of land in Binh Duong, 4 floors high, total floor area of 6000m2, with the idea of an elliptical garden atrium in the middle, with shops arranged around. The design not only creates a connecting space for shops inside the building but also creates a public living space for surrounding residents and the area.
