THE ELIP GARDEN is a commercial building for F&B brands. The project is located on a 1900m2 plot of land in Binh Duong, 4 floors high, total floor area of 6000m2, with the idea of an elliptical garden atrium in the middle, with shops arranged around. The design not only creates a connecting space for shops inside the building but also creates a public living space for surrounding residents and the area.
